The number of homes on the Market is at a LOW!!! To date, 2016 has given us an average of a 2.1 month supply of homes on the market. In my 11 years of Real Estate, I have never seen numbers this low! EVER! Buyers are frustrated and feel like they are 'stuck'...

The number of Homes for Sale in Plymouth decreased in from January 2015 to January 2016 by 16.7%

The # of days that a home is listed before it gets an offer also decreased by 10.4% to 43 days.

The median Sales Price rose 5.8%.

The Data has been crunched, the numbers compiled and the report written! The Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors 2015 Annual Report is out!

The Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors has released the December 2015 statistics. The link below is predicting a 'balanced market' in 2016. I'm not sure how... Maybe the predicted interest rate increases will slow things down a bit, but with inventory levels this low. It will take a lot of houses to balance this market.
