*Pending Sales decreased by 3.1% from 2016

*Closed Sales actually decreased by 1.1% from 2016

*The number of homes for sale DROPPED significantly by 17.3% from 2016

*This left the month supply of homes at 2.3 months~ (Down 20.7%)

*Prices increased 5.5% with the median sales price as $250,000

*Sellers netted 99.5% of their asking price.
