Millennials Investing Today in an Area of the City they want to Live Tomorrow...

A New Startup called Fundrise is rolling out this week in LA and Washington DC with hopes to be in all major cities by the end of the year!

Their goal is to have millennials invest in an area of the city that they may want to live in the next 5 years. Instead of having to leave the city to get a house they can afford, invest today, and help to build/rehab affordable housing within the city and not have to leave.
