The Theme in Real Estate for 2016 didn't change when the data was gathered for October 2016.... Values are up.... Inventory is down... Values are up... Inventory is down... Values are up... Inventory is down........... Yep, still down... 2016 is sure to go in the record books as the year of NOT ENOUGH HOMES for SALE!!!

The numbers are in for September 2016 and there continue to be no surprises! The market continues to trend the same way it has all year! Low inventory is driving up prices! Low rates are keeping people buying!
Housing Stats:
- Closed Sales were up 5.7%
- The Number of homes for sale was down 16.1%
- Months supply of homes remained low at 2.8 months
- Prices were up 3.6%
- Median sales price rose to $230,000

The THEME of the year continues... Inventory, Inventory, Inventory!!! There is a lack of homes on the market for sale. Seller's hesitate to put their house on the market and make a move as they are afraid that they will not be able to find their next home...

Fall is here and the real estate market continues to move quickly!
Both Closed Sales and Pending Sales rose in August 2015! (7.8% and 12.1% respectively).
Prices rose moderately at 2.7%
Seller's received 97.1% of list price~ This is also up from the August 2014!
