*The number of homes for sale decreased 13.5% from 2018

*This left the month supply of homes at 2.4 months~ 

*Prices increased 6.6% with the median sales price of $268,000

*Sellers netted 99.8% of their asking price.

April 2019 numbers are in. May numbers will be out toward the end of June.

*Pending Sales decreased by 1.1% from 2018

*Closed Sales decreased by 6.9% from 2018

*The number of homes for sale decreased 1.2% from 2018

     ***This left the month supply of homes at 2 months~ 

*Prices increased 5.2% with the median sales price of $281,000

*Sellers netted 99.4% of their asking price.
