I read a lot of Real Estate articles... Some I agree with and some not so much... When I read about the current trends in Real Estate, I sometimes cringe... Wall Paper is probably the word that makes me cringe the most. I don't care how many DIY shows on HGTV there are that are putting up wall paper. It is still a trend. If you want to replace it in 3-5 years, just skip it~

Bob Villa posted an article on his website that listed 15 things you should NOT do to your home. I agree with ALL 15! It's like I wrote the article myself!
