The Real Estate Market in Minnetonka is a bit different from the rest of the 13 county Metro when it comes to Real Estate! How so, you might ask~ 

In all markets, the number of homes that list on the market starts to increase in January and continues to increase as the weather gets warmer. The number of homes in the 13 county metro usually peaks in June and July. The number of homes on the market in Minnetonka does not fit this mold~ Minnetonka's real estate market doesn't see that peak until August and September. This means that Minnetonka has a longer selling season. Great news for those thinking about selling!
