DOES Make a Difference!
Sell, Sell, Sell!!! You've probably heard that a time or two in the last year~ Well, they are right, now would be a GREAT time to sell! I've been in Real Estate for 13 years and have never seen this few houses for sale! And I know you know 'Murphy'... He developed that whole supply and demand Rule so long ago... With the number of houses for sale being so low, sellers are netting more and more and more than every before for their houses.
That leads me to staging... YES, you still have to stage your house before it goes on the market. Where do you start??? Try to keep it simple~ Start with one room and start to simplify~ Take it one room at a time until the house is done~ How do you stage a room that has dated cabinets or tile??? Do you spend the money and replace it??? In the market that we are in, probably not~ I found a great article on Pinterest from HGTV that talks about how to stage each room and how to update those dated features of your home! It doesn't have to be as overwhelming as you are thinking... Just keep thinking 'simplify' and it will all work out!
