A New Startup called Fundrise is rolling out this week in LA and Washington DC with hopes to be in all major cities by the end of the year!
Their goal is to have millennials invest in an area of the city that they may want to live in the next 5 years. Instead of having to leave the city to get a house they can afford, invest today, and help to build/rehab affordable housing within the city and not have to leave.
The question to ask is can this startup make a difference in the lack of inventory our market is seeing? This will be discovered with time~
