Twin Cities Market Snapshot in Real Estate

The Twin Cities Real Estate Market is unlike one that I've ever witnessed in my career as a Realtor. 

The Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors has put together a great data synopsis of the last 3 years and the start of 2017~ and has included several bar graphs showing the changes over time. They are quite interesting. (ok, maybe just to me as I LOVE what I do) BUT, if you have ever thought about selling, this just may interest you as well!!!

The second page of the article has bar graphs summarizing all of the categories of data in Real Estate. The first 3 categories (New listing, pending sales and closed sales) don't appear to be that different from year to year. The rest of the categories (Days on Market, List Price, Sales Price, Price Per Sq Ft, % of Original List, Inventory and Month Supply) are all indicative of a SELLER'S MARKET!!!
