What do you need to do to your house to sell it??? HGTV stars list 5 things to do when you sell...
1) LEAVE personal photos... This depends, you can leave a couple personal pictures, but you don't want your family EVERYWHERE in the house
2) Limit the furniture to 3 pieces per room if possible
3) Declutter and Clean up before each showing
4) Don't stuff into closets... Get a laundry basket or a plastic tub and throw the last minute items in there and then toss that in your trunk. Buyer WILL open your closets and you want to create space :)
5) Spruce up the Exterior~ Buy a Flower for the front step~ Wash your front door~ Wash your siding~ Make it look Homey and Loved!!!
