If you've been reading my monthly blogs about the real estate trends in the Twin Cities, (monthly skinny blogs), then you know that prices have been going up and the number of homes on the market is sparse! If you haven't been following my monthly, blogs, no worries, I'm sure you've seen it on the news or read it online somewhere... It is no secret the there are not enough homes for sale in the Twin Cities... It is no secret that this lack of homes for sale is driving prices up and netting sellers top dollar... It is no secret that homes are selling in record amount of days!!!

Realtor.com released an article and it shows that these things are happening all around the nation! Prices are up everywhere... The number of homes are down everywhere... 

So, where am I going with this? It's sometimes nice to know that we as buyers are not alone in the struggle to find an house! It's maybe a little comforting to know that multiple offers are going on all around the country! It's nice to know that new construction permits increased in March! If you are a buyer struggling to find a house, I would love to help you!
