February numbers have been tallied!

*Pending Sales rose slightly by .5% from 2016

*Closed Sales decreased slightly by .7% from 2016

*The number of homes for sale DROPPED significantly by 25.3% from 2016

*This left the month supply of homes at 1.8 months~ 

*Prices increased 7.6% with the median sales price as $223,000

*Sellers netted 96.5% of their asking price.
