No Matter where you put the emphasis in that sentence, it rings true to the current Real Estate Market!!! NOW is a GREAT time to list and sell your house!!!

Realtor.com recently published an article that gave 4 reasons to list your house this year! They sited the following reasons::

1) Mortgage Rates ARE Still Low!

2) Inventory of Houses is Shrinking (or has shrunk... 1.6 months worth of homes for sale)

3) Home Prices are Rising

4) Job Markets are Strengthening

Some troublesome factors for sellers...

1) What will they buy with inventory rates as low as they are?

2) They have to buy at a time when prices are high (a benefit as a seller, a negative as a buyer)

3) Should they rent for a bit and wait for prices to reduce again? 

The answers to these questions...

***If they can find a house they would love to make their next home, they should act on it now! The savings they save on the house value should they decrease, may be lot in the interest rate that may be higher at that time. Predictions are that interest rates will rise~
