The statistics are in and June 2016 beat June 2015 in most arenas!
*Median Sales Price is up 5.3%! The median home sold for $242,000!
*The number of homes for sale is down 18.2%.
*There is only a 2.9 month supply of homes on the market! This low supply makes the current market a SELLER'S Market!
