What is going on with the Real Estate Market in Minnesota right now??? I've been in Real Estate for 11 years and have not witnessed this in the market.

There have been about 700 houses to list EVERY month this year (2016).  

There have been almost 600 homes to go under contract EVERY month this year!

There have been almost 600 homes to 'Close' EVERY month this year!

Leaving just over 100 homes for sale EVERY month this year!!! This is down 16% from a year ago this time.
