Minnetonka Home Values DROPPED in August!

 

August 2019 saw a decrease in the median sales price in Minnetonka! In a market where things have been constantly trending up, Minnetonka saw a decrease in their home values. 

The number of new listings  was down 10.7% from August 2018.

The number of closed sales was up 2% from August 2018.

Both the median sales price and the average sales price were down (2.7% and 7% respectively) from August 2018.

*Pending Sales decreased by 1.1% from 2018

*Closed Sales decreased by 6.9% from 2018

*The number of homes for sale decreased 1.2% from 2018

     ***This left the month supply of homes at 2 months~ 

*Prices increased 5.2% with the median sales price of $281,000

*Sellers netted 99.4% of their asking price.
