Minnetonka Real Estate, like the rest of the real estate market in the Twin Cities, is soaring! Sellers can't list their houses fast enough to keep up with buyer demand!
In Minnetonka, the number of sellers listing their homes for sale in 2017 is down 10%! With a decreased supply of houses for buyers to pick from, the prices have gone up. The people that are choosing to sell their homes are netting almost 11% more than this time last year!
