April 2017 numbers are in!
*Pending Sales decreased by 8.5% from 2016
*Closed Sales actually decreased by 10.3% from 2016
*The number of homes for sale DROPPED significantly by 19.8% from 2016
*This left the month supply of homes at 2.2 months~
*Prices increased 6.3% with the median sales price as $245,500
*Sellers netted 99.2% of their asking price.

The Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors has put together a great data synopsis of the last 3 years and the start of 2017~ and has included several bar graphs showing the changes over time.
